HAIDU

Haidu Ceramix is a Hungarian manufacturer of ceramic whetstones. The stones are handmade, and thus the size of the stone varies. The size given is for reference only. The length of the specimens measured was between 220-235mm and the width between 65-75mm. 

There are two series - HCR and HCZ, the latter being an excellent small-size stone. This is well suited to sharpening curved surfaces.  THEREFORE, the HCZ stones are handy for sharpening axes and garden tools. On the other hand, the large HRC as a long hard stone makes sharpening efficient.
