The Griphinity Pegasus is the knife of the new era. The Pegasus series is designed in Sweden. The metal comes from Japan, and manufacturing is done in China in a fully automated factory using the latest technology. Only the final grinding is done by hand. This combination has brought the cost of a quality knife down.

The finish is very skillful and exemplary for its price range. Moreover, this so-called Full Tang knife is perfectly balanced and fits the hand very well. Made from forged Japanese AUS-10 steel, the 45-layer knife is finished with an elegant Damascus pattern. The knife's hardness has been chosen to be 62 to guarantee the longest possible life of the sharpness.
