Returns & refunds
If you are a private customer you have a restricted right to return your order.For product returns, we operate by the general regulations so that products have a regular 14-day right of return from the date of arrival. The right of return also applies when you buy or collect products from our shop. Returned products must be in the same condition as new. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send us notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. We will refund the total price of the products you have paid including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), within 14 days of the date on which the products you have returned reach us. By default, we will refund the price using the payment method used in your order.
The customer pays the postage costs of the return.
