Naniwa Diamond Stone 6000

Naniwa Diamond sharpening stones differ in structure from traditional diamond plates. This truly durable design has a 1 mm layer of diamond mass bonded to the surface of a 15 mm aluminum plate. 

These diamond-sharpening stones are ideally suited for sharpening hard steels.  

The Naniwa Diamond is exceptionally 75mm wide.

NOTE!

Diamond stones are efficient and long-lasting but require more attention than traditional whetstones. Always use water. This helps the sharpening residue immediately to wash away. Be aware of pressure, especially when sharpening sharp objects. The traditional advice is that when using diamond stones, you can even halve the sharpening pressure and still achieve the full power of the stone. This ensures that the diamonds stay stuck to the surface of the plate. Always clean your stone carefully.
