I was using cheap Amazon stones for a long time, but now I am slowly transitioning to better products. This stone is in my hands for couple of months now. It is feeling like it comes from the different world: it is much quieter and starts knife polishing process. Stone surface is much more smooth compare to cheap stones with similar grit label. The sharpening process is quite pleasant and stone helps to achieve good results: it was very first time when I managed to cut paper towel with the knife sharpened by myself.
