Ryda Knives ST650 is the culmination of six years of work. The goal was to craft a knife with an ergonomic handle appreciated by both novices and experts. The steel itself is a work of art, characterized by its unique pattern on the blade, which envelops Ryda Knives' proprietary ST650 powder steel.
Ryda Knives chose a 15-degree edge for easy sharpening, and the blade has a hardness of 62-63 HRC. The blade is cryo-hardened, one of the most effective processes for maintaining hardness and ensuring exceptional durability.
The handle is crafted from dried and moisturized French olive wood, which ages beautifully over time.
NOTE!
A quality knife requires the treatment it deserves. Do not wash the knife in a washing machine. After use, wash with warm water. Dry in a towel and store in a magnet or knife rack. Do not twist anything with the knife, and the general recommendation is that it not be used to cut sticks, bones, or frozen meat. This will avoid chipping the blade and breaking the tip.
