Cerax CR stones are Suehiro's latest stone series. These stones come with a stand that also serves as a storage box. The stones are so-called surface slurry stones and require only 2-5 minutes of soaking. As a result, these stones work well with western knives and are very easy to use.
The kit includes stones with 1000 and 3000 grit and Suehiro's powerful 280 flattening stone.
