PLEASE NOTE!
ASAHI board may become deformed if placed near a flame. Do not use or store at temperatures over 90 °C or below -30 °C. Board may become warped or deformed if weighted down for extended periods at high temperatures. If this happens; Heat the board to around 80 °C, lay on a flat surface, place a heavy object on top and allow it to cool. Do not store board at an angle. Stand it up straight. Do not wash in the dishwasher. You can use bleach, but do not soak in bleach for extended periods. Use a heavy nylon brush for cleaning; for maintenance, sandpaper can be used.

The board feels great. The size is also great, it doesn’t get crowed. Easy to clean. It is much quieter than my older hard plastic board. It is also heavier but I don't mind. It does get some getting used to, but it isn’t much of a problem.
