A cutting board lifter is a tool developed for 3 main reasons:

It’s what I was looking for. My Asahi board was staining the counter due to water being trapped under it. This lifter gets the job done. Also, it provides necessary grip and stability when using the Asahi board for kneading bread and pizza dough. Only issue is the steep price for a relatively simple product. Hiomakivi had the best price I could find
