Parker Asahi Black Pro cutting board has arrived in our warehouse and is now available. You could almost say a little stardust has been mixed into this board – it has quickly become one of the most talked-about cutting boards in modern kitchens. The elegant black color makes it a striking and stylish element in both professional and home kitchens.
Asahi Black Pro does not contain plastic. Its structure is based on a combination of synthetic rubber and wood fiber, giving the board both strength and flexibility while providing an excellent cutting feel. The material delivers a sensation that is closer to wood than plastic cutting boards, yet it withstands intensive use far better.
The cutting surface is knife-friendly and pleasant to use. The knife does not bounce against the surface, making cutting feel controlled and smooth. The surface also has a slightly tacky texture that helps keep ingredients stable while working. The rubber material is also quieter than many wood-fiber cutting boards.
Cleaning is easy. If necessary, the surface can be lightly refreshed with fine sandpaper, restoring the board almost to a like-new condition and significantly extending its service life.
The 13 mm thickness makes the board lighter than traditional 15–30 mm Asahi boards. Despite this, it still provides enough weight and grip to stay securely in place during use. Asahi Black Pro rubber cutting board is an excellent choice for cooks who value knife-friendly performance, durability and modern design.
